Refund & Returns Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you order from us by phone you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To cancel, call us on 0330 059 9384 or email info@mobilephoneaccessorieszone.co.uk with your order details.

• You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We may reduce the refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is needed to check them.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, call us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days we will arrange a repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights.

• Sealed audio products (such as earbuds and headphones) where the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons — unless faulty.
• Personalised or made-to-order items.
